Our Family July Plans:
My Path to Heaven We’ve been reading a chapter from My Path to Heaven every Sunday as a family and reflecting back on it throughout the week. We’ll continue doing so through July. It is especially fitting with the 1st being St. Ignatius’s feast day. The book is like a child appropriate primer on Ignatian spirituality.
Our Lady of Mt. Carmel I want to learn more about Our Lady of Mount Carmel (I’ve been on a Marian kick lately). I’ll share with the kids what I find out and will top my new knowledge off with a delicious hot carmel sundae to celebrate on July 16th! Here is a SUPER easy recipe for carmel sauce from All Recipes (I’ll let you know how it goes!).
